"Exceptional"
We liked the room, the location, and the ambience of the hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful with suggestions of places to visit near Lake Tahoe and restaurants were to have breakfast or dinner. We would stay here again.

Good room size, very clean, nice continental breakfast. Staff was pleasant. We didn't use the pool but enjoyed sitting around the outdoor fireplace.

Couldn’t fault anything with our stay at the Coachman. We were throughly impressed with every aspect of our stay. The staff are friendly and polite, Room clean and comfortable. It’s located in a very pretty area close to several restaurants but far enough away not to feel too busy once you’ve had enough. The free coffee in the morning and s’more’s evening were both appreciated. If you’re staying in the area this properly is lovely.

Lovely common areas including pool. Great location near to Heavenly village. Hotel has a very cool, relaxed vibe. Good rooms with very comfortable beds. Kids particularly liked the heated toilet seat!

We had the king bed suite the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, we loved the fact that our room balcony was overlooking the courtyard and bar the vibe was extremely nice ill definitely be booking again.

Was clean and very convenient to everything and stay were all friendly ! Only thing they need is more space I can't imagine being able to fit my snowboard or added winter gear in their rooms and they need more space and an iron in their rooms other than that it was a nice stay and they need to update their shower heads ours barely dripped on all their settings be for the price you pay they can afford to buy a $20 or even $80 shower head other than that was clean and a convenient stay .

Location was great, within walking distance of beach access and downtown South Lake Tahoe. Number of outdoor amenities was above average. Staff was very sociable, helpful, and friendly. Shared kitchen area was nice.

Nice place and very nice area, awesome staff. On non weekend days it was very quiet. Breakfast and coffee were very good. There is VERY nice restaurant nearby: Edgewood Restaurant, give it a try!

Rooms were very clean, trendy and beds were very comfortable. Loved the bar/fire pit area and the communal gathering spaces. We also appreciated that it was extremely dog friendly! Staff were fantastic.

The best part is the nightly smores - a great way to meet other guests and unwind. The kids loved it, along with the heated pool and jacuzzi. Free and plentiful parking. Free access to nearby private beach with discounts on chair and umbrella rentals.

The hotel is well located for exploring South Lake and generally the main attractions of the Tahoe area. Close to amenities. Pool, hot tub, parking and smores by the fire in the evening were good. Heated toilet seat nice touch.
